LCDAC Case Management Receives a Facelift

We are excited to that announce that our Case Management Department is participating in a new initiative with eight other counties in PA!

All nine counties are part of Southwest Behavioral Health Management.  This facelift is a collaborative effort between many agencies and organizations.   The main change is the creation of a new website, www.CaseManagementPA.com. The new website will allow individuals with substance use disorders to easily and quickly find the help that they need.

The goal of this change is to bring understanding to what case management is and how it can be useful for those struggling with substance use disorder.  It desires to show how the assistance provided is centered around the client’s individual needs, rather than a cookie-cutter, by-the-book approach.
