Marijuana: Facts, Impacts, and Your Community
Since Colorado legalized marijuana for both medical and recreational purposes, numerous adverse consequences have arisen. Some of the key areas that have been impacted are Public Health, Public Safety, and the creation of current policies based on out of date or incomplete information.
This presentation offers the facts concerning the consequences of making marijuana legal. It is a fast-paced look at the evolving impact that the legalization of marijuana is having not only in Colorado, but in other states as well.
This presentation is hosted by Dale Quigley, the Deputy Coordinator of the National Marijuana Initiative for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Initiative, which is funded by the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy.
